Joyce Aboussie is the founder and CEO of Aboussie & Associates, a strategic consulting firm which serves Fortune 500 companies in addition to public and private corporations nationwide. She is also founder and CEO of Telephone Contact Inc., a market research and consulting firm. Joyce’s companies have represented a variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, cultural institutions, universities, professional sports teams, labor organizations, and more.
Joyce’s Career
Joyce's work experience not only includes business development and market research and analysis, but also encompasses over 500 political campaigns with an 80% win record. Utilizing her expertise in strategic guidance and management, Joyce has assisted in the election of Democrats at all levels of government. Joyce is widely-known for serving as the National Political Director of Congressman Dick Gephardt’s political organization for nearly 30 years. Joyce received further acclaim for serving on the national finance boards of multiple presidential campaigns, including Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris’s campaigns.
How Joyce Gives Back
Joyce’s drive to help others is evident from her many philanthropic initiatives, both within her local community and beyond her home state of Missouri. Alongside her meaningful work with the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Joyce has been a member of the hospital’s National Boards of Directors and Governors since 1983, when she was the youngest person elected. In 2006, Joyce became the first woman elected to the role of Chairperson of the ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Board of Directors and Governors. Over the course of her professional career, Joyce has been publicly honored for her contributions to St. Louis and the state of Missouri by St. Louis Magazine, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, and the St. Louis Business Journal.
